Selected photos, videos and music may be processed locally in your browser. When you choose Cloud MP4 render, selected media is uploaded to private Supabase Storage and sent through our rendering service. Account information, plan status, export usage and submitted payment-reference data are securely stored with our authentication and database provider, Supabase.

Information we process

We process your name, email address, authentication session, subscription status, project/export count and payment UTR submitted for manual verification. Your password is handled by Supabase Authentication and is not visible to JanNeta AI Reels.

Media and consent

You must own or have permission to use every photograph, video, logo and audio file. Do not select sensitive, unlawful or unauthorised material. Reset Project removes the current local media selection.

Retention and deletion

Local media is cleared when you reset the project or clear the website's browser data. Cloud render inputs and completed renders are stored in private storage for service delivery and account access; contact us to request deletion. To request deletion of your account or stored account/payment information, email us from your registered address.
